Yet another great podcast, even if it was a short one. This was the 1st time I've heard "Psychedelic Used Car Lot" since the '60s. Also, the 1st time I've heard Bob Berry's voice since the early '80s (when he was at WVIC).
On a different subject...quite shocking news about your pal and keener13.com co-founder, Steve Schram. I guess he got tired of the corporate greed and closed-minded execs at Infinity. I'm anxious to hear what additional "Keener-related" projects the two of you are working on. It would be great if you guys could bring back a "Keener-sounding" station to Detroit's airwaves, even if just on a weekly or part-time basis (a show similar to "Beatles Brunch" or "Over Easy" that just airs one day per week). Maybe call it "Keener Days
Replays" or "Keener Sound Rebound"... I look forward to possibly meeting you guys and getting some Keener Music Guides from 1966-1970 autographed by Keener alumni at the "Last Motor City Radio Reunion"...just mailed in my check and RSVP today.
