Powell to leave the FCC in March

The Associated Press confirms All Access'earlier report that FCC Chairman Michael Powell plans to step down. Powell plans to end his four year tenure in March. He said during the holidays that he had "accomplished what he set out to do in advancing digital technologies in telecommunications," friend and adviser Jonathan Cody said.
